- OUR PERSPECTIVE
Search Engine Optimization
Visibility that compounds at scale.
Strong, technically sound SEO is the foundation everything else builds on, including visibility in AI-driven search. We help your organization earn rankings that last, not tactics that fade with the next update.

Search + AI Visibility
One connected strategy

- WHY IT MATTERS
We treat SEO as strategy, not tactics.
BlueFig builds SEO programs from the ground up, grounded in your real search demand, your competitive landscape, and the technical health of your site.
And because well-structured, authoritative content is exactly what AI-driven platforms retrieve and cite, getting SEO right is the prerequisite for AI visibility.
Good SEO is table stakes.
We solve this first, then go further.

01
Market & Topic Research
Research drives decision making: your priority topics, how you perform for business critical themes, where competitors win, and the gaps worth pursuing.

In short: Identifying "what to do" creates your competitive edge for Search and AI Visibility, so it is worth the time and effort.
BUSINESS CONTEXT MAPPING

Successfully communicating what you do to Search Engines and AI Platforms starts with understanding your business. For every partner we onboard, we maintain a structured context document that captures business information:

-
How you define a conversion, which channels and programs are strategically important, what the competitive landscape looks like, how their site is structured, what questions are still open, and what the key stakeholders actually care about month to month.
This document lives alongside the files in your workspace and is referenced at the onset of, and throughout, any initiative.
SERP ANALYSIS

As an initial "temperature check", we map how Search Engines currently expect to answer your business queries. What features do they serve on the results page? Are News feeds, Social Media, or Video assets being served? Who are your competitors within the Search results? How often are AI features firing?

We are all playing in the same sandbox. Questions like these help us identify how to navigate it strategically.
COMPETITOR GAP ANALYSIS

Search Engine indexes are filled with lots of content. But not all content is created equally. There are endless examples of "how not to do" something. Sorting through that clutter to find the opportunities that will set your business apart is what gets us up in the morning. Some of your competitors are relying too much on their Brand to drive their Search performance. Some aren't relying on it enough. While others haven't thought about it at all.

We evaluate the entire competitive landscape to unearth the enhancements that will make a difference, all centered around a deep knowledge of your business.
MAPPING MEANINGFUL DIGITAL ENTITIES

In the digital ecosystem, some websites are more meaningful than others. Who those meaningful websites are depends entirely on your business vertical. We help you identify how to take control of the information within those websites, influence what is being said within those websites, or leverage the activity already taking place.
02
Content & Technical Enhancements
EFFECTIVE CONTENT COMMUNICATES TWO THINGS
Your content must be Broad enough to tell people what you do, while Deep enough to tell people all of the ways in which you do it.
In short: Breadth is about awareness, while Depth is about expertise.
BREADTH

How diversified are your business offerings or your areas of expertise? How well organized is the content on your site to communicate that diversification effectively? You are experts in what you do. We are experts in helping you "say it" in a way that effectively communicates with both humans and the bots that power Search and AI Platforms.
DEPTH

How robust or specialized is each offering or area of expertise? Do you provide clear evidence and examples of the type of work that you do? Who is the target audience for your pages and are you using multiple types of media assets to communicate with them? Finding ways to help you shout the stories that echo within your halls is our passion. You are likely sitting on a gold mine of untapped resources that we can help put to good use.

TECHNICAL IMPLEMENTATION MUST AMPLIFY THE CONTENT
Crawlability and indexability represent two distinct, sequential stages in the search engine pipeline.
In short: crawlability is about access, while indexability is about eligibility.
CRAWLABILITY

Crawlability refers to a search engine bot's ability to discover a URL, request it, and successfully download its contents. If a search engine cannot crawl a page, it cannot evaluate it, meaning it will never make it to the index. Roadblocks here are usually infrastructural, architectural, or directive-based restrictions at the server level.
INDEXABILITY

Indexability refers to the search engine’s decision to parse, store, and ultimately serve the crawled page in its search results. A bot might successfully crawl a page, but if it finds conflicting directives, heavy duplication, or thin content, it will drop the page from the indexing queue. Indexability is controlled through page-level directives and content quality signals.
This framework guides every content enhancement!

Analysis & Reporting
-
Tracking Search & AI Industry updates
-
Monitoring technical site health and search performance
-
Evaluating trends and cross channel patterns
-
Unearthing valuable insights for your business
-
Prescribing data driven paths for progress

Being data driven means sorting through lots of information. The Search Industry is constantly evolving (even more rapidly in the past few years), countless "data providers" have popped up since the emergence of AI, all of them promising the worlds greatest data views. And there seems to constantly be a few "different flavors" of the same types of Analytics platforms.
In short: there is a lot of noise, and we can help you cut through it to identify what truly matters.
Where we tend to focus our efforts:
Helping you effectively communicate these learnings to leadership is our priority!
